Return Requirements

Returns are accepted only when items are returned in original, resellable condition.

Original tags must remain attached

Original packaging must be included

Garments must be unworn and unwashed

Return Process

  • Submit a return request within 3 days of delivery through the contact page.
  • Place the item in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • A Courier Guy return label will be emailed to you.
  • Drop the parcel at a Courier Guy location or schedule collection.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 business days.
Important Reminder

Items showing signs of wear, stains, odours, pet hair, or washing cannot be accepted for return.

Definition of “Original Condition”

Returned garments must include the original packaging and all attached tags exactly as delivered. Items returned without these components may be declined and returned to the sender.
